Sloglide Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Sloglide app handles information. Sloglide is built so that your watch history stays on your device.

What is stored on your device

Sloglide saves your Foyer queue, the pass on your Marquee, your Rep entries with their dates and grades, and cached posters and title details. This information is kept in the app's local storage on your device. It is not sent to us, and we have no copy of it.

Title search

When you search in the Discover sheet or resolve a scanned barcode, the search text or barcode number is sent to a public movie and TV database so that matching titles and posters can be shown. No name, email, or account details are sent with it.

Camera

The camera is used only while you scan a DVD or Blu-ray barcode on the Discover sheet. Images are read on the device to find the barcode number and are not saved or shared.

No accounts, no tracking

Sloglide does not ask you to create an account. We do not sell personal information.

Deleting your data

You can Peel your latest Rep entry inside the app. Deleting Sloglide from your device removes all data the app stored.

Children

Sloglide is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
