Sloglide: light it when it starts. Dismiss it when the credits roll.
Sloglide is a watch log for one viewer. Stash films and series into a Foyer queue, light exactly one pass on your home Marquee when you begin watching, and dismiss it with a grade when you finish. Your Rep keeps the honest order of what you actually completed.
Dark, Lit, Graded
Dark
The Marquee is empty. Nothing is playing. Pick something from your Foyer when you are ready.
Lit
One pass holds the Marquee. Light moves the pass you tapped off the Foyer and onto the home card. Only one can be lit at a time.
Graded
Tap Dismiss and a quick one-to-five rate sheet appears. The title is filed on your Rep with today's date, and the Marquee goes dark again.
How it flows
- Open Sloglide to the Marquee. If a pass is lit and you finished it, tap Dismiss and grade it.
- Open the Foyer sheet and tap Light on the pass you are about to watch.
- Use the Discover sheet to search movies and series, then Stash a title into the Foyer. Stashing never lights the Marquee.
- Scan the barcode on a DVD or Blu-ray to find the title and stash it.
- Reorder the Foyer by hand. Light always takes the pass you tap, not the top of the list.
- Open Profile to see taste charts built only from what you finished, and Peel the last dismiss if you filed the wrong title.
What Sloglide is not
Sloglide does not stream or sell video. It is not a shared list for two, not an automatic next-up carousel, and not a shelf you can quietly reshuffle. The Rep is append-only, so it shows what you really watched, in the order you watched it.
